Obesity and poor nutrition have become increasingly pressing concerns in Hong Kong. Recent surveys reveal that a significant portion of the population consumes fewer than the recommended servings of fruits and vegetables, opting instead for processed foods high in salt and fat. This dietary imbalance, coupled with a sedentary lifestyle, has contributed to a rise in health issues such as obesity, heart disease, diabetes and hypertension, along with other long-term health problems. 

At HKSH Dietetics Centre, we promote health and wellness through personalised nutrition care and treatments. Located in Happy Valley, Admiralty, and A Kung Ngam, our centres are staffed by registered dietitians with extensive professional knowledge and experience. They are equipped to assess patients' nutritional needs and recommend appropriate treatments on a case-by-case basis. Our dietitians will evaluate and monitor dietetic interventions to enhance nutritional status, aid recovery, control symptoms and improve overall well-being.
