1. When Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 1 or No. 3, and/or the Amber or Red Rainstorm Warning is/are in force, all educational activities, including online and on-site classes will proceed as scheduled.

2. When Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above or the Black Rainstorm Warning or extreme conditions is/are in force, the following arrangements for all educational activities, including online and on-site classes will apply:

For Activities that has not been started
If either of the warning is hoisted or in force at or after 06:00	All morning classes (08:00 – 12:30) will be cancelled
If either of the warning is hoisted or in force at or after 11:00	All afternoon classes (13:00 – 17:30) will be cancelled
If either of the warning is hoisted or in force at or after 16:00	All evening classes (18:00 – 21:30) will be cancelled
For 2-days ACLS course & PALS course If either of the warning is hoisted or in force at or after 06:00 on Day One of the course	Whole course (2 days) will be cancelled

For Activities in Progress
When Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above or extreme conditions is/are to be hoisted in less than 2 hours (as announced by Hong Kong Observatory)	Speakers shall release participants as soon as possible
When Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is hoisted	Educational activities shall continue (except those held outdoors)

3. IIPD reserves the right of final discretion to amend or modify any or all of the above arrangements without prior notice. IIPD reserves the right to make the final decision should there be any dispute.
