Excimer Laser

Excimer laser machines are computerized instruments that use invisible ultra-violet light to perform corneal surgery. They are extremely precise. The cool light will not damage the surrounding tissue, increasing its safety. Each pulse of the laser removes only a minute amount of corneal tissue – about 1/500th of the thickness of a human hair.
