After Surgery
The patient may experience:• mild discomfort or itchiness in the eye
• light sensitivity
Patients should visit their doctors the next day as well as one week and one month after the surgery. The transparent capsule that supports the intraocular lens may become cloudy after a few months or a few years. A simple laser capsulotomy can restore the vision. Please consult your doctor immediately if there is great pain, headache, vomiting, nausea, or sudden loss of vision.
