Pummelo
--- belongs to the citrus fruit family. Provides a good source of Vitamin C, each 100 grams gives 57 mg Vitamin C. Vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant, and it helps to lower blood pressure and cholesterol. Studies also show it helps in preventing stroke and heart attack.

Star fruit
--- this fruit resembles a star when sliced cross wide, it is also high in Vitamin C.

Persimmon
--- high in beta-carotene, each 100 grams provides 1800 I.U. Vitamin A. An antioxidant to protect healthy cells from damage caused by free radicals and reduces the risk of developing certain cancers.
