Fish Fillets with Tomatoes

| Parrot Fish | 100g | ![]() |
| Tomato | 100g | |
| Onion | 30g | |
| Mushroom | 30g | |
| Marinade | ||
| Canola Oil | 3 teaspoons | |
| Sugar | 3 teaspoons | |
| Salt | 1/4 teaspoon | |
| Tomato Sauce | 5 teaspoons | |
| White Vinegar | 6 teaspoons | |
| Preparation | |
| 1. | Rinse and cut the fish into pieces. Dry with paper towel and marinate with salt for half an hour. |
| 2. | Cut tomatoes and mushrooms into pieces. Chop the onions. |
| 3. | Boil the fish in boiling water. Add canola oil to the frying pan and lightly fry the fillets. |
| 4. | Stir fry the tomatoes and fish together. Add half a bowl of water, then tomato sauce and white vinegar. Season with rest of the ingredients. Serve hot. |
