Fish Fillets with Tomatoes

Ingredients
Parrot Fish 100g
Tomato 100g
Onion 30g
Mushroom 30g
   

Marinade
Canola Oil 3 teaspoons  
Sugar 3 teaspoons
Salt 1/4 teaspoon
Tomato Sauce 5 teaspoons
White Vinegar 6 teaspoons

Preparation
1. Rinse and cut the fish into pieces. Dry with paper towel and marinate with salt for half an hour.
2. Cut tomatoes and mushrooms into pieces. Chop the onions.
3. Boil the fish in boiling water. Add canola oil to the frying pan and lightly fry the fillets.
4. Stir fry the tomatoes and fish together. Add half a bowl of water, then tomato sauce and white vinegar. Season with rest of the ingredients. Serve hot.
