Fried Pork Slices with Summer Zucchini and White Fungi

Ingredients
Lean Meat 100g
Summer Zucchini 130g
White Fungus 20g
Carrot 30g
   

Marinade
Canola Oil 2 teaspoons  
Sugar 1/2 teaspoon
Salt 1/4 teaspoon
Soy Sauce 1 teaspoon
Corn Starch 1 teaspoon
Ginger little

Preparation
1. Soak the white fungi in water until tender. Then rinse and cut into pieces.
2. Cut Summer zucchini.
3. Chop the carrot and slice the meat.
4. Marinate the meat with seasonings.
5. Add canola oil to the frying pan. Stir in the meat and fry until half-cooked.
6. Add the rest of the ingredients. Serve hot.
