Egg Steamed with Minced Meat

| Lean Meat | 60g | ![]() |

| Egg White | 1 | |
| Canola Oil | 1/2 teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 teaspoon | |
| Warm Water | 80-90 ml | |
| Spring Onion | small amount | |
| Chinese Flowering Cabbage | 150g | |
| Brown Rice | 120g (cooked) | |
| Preparation | |
| 1. | Mince the lean meat, then marinade with canola oil and salt for a few minutes. |
| 2. | Whisk the egg and egg white in a big bowl until blended, then add in warm water. |
| 3. | Stir in the egg and minced meat into a nestle-shaped plate. Remove the foam on the surface. |
| 4. | Steam the mixture over boiling water in a wok with cover. |
| 5. | Sprinkle chopped spring onion on the top. Serve hot with brown rice and Chinese flowering cabbage. |
