Egg Steamed with Minced Meat

Ingredients
Lean Meat 60g
Egg 1
Egg White 1
Canola Oil 1/2 teaspoon
Salt 1/2 teaspoon
Warm Water 80-90 ml
Spring Onion small amount
Chinese Flowering Cabbage 150g
Brown Rice 120g (cooked)

Preparation
1. Mince the lean meat, then marinade with canola oil and salt for a few minutes.
2. Whisk the egg and egg white in a big bowl until blended, then add in warm water.
3. Stir in the egg and minced meat into a nestle-shaped plate. Remove the foam on the surface.
4. Steam the mixture over boiling water in a wok with cover.
5. Sprinkle chopped spring onion on the top. Serve hot with brown rice and Chinese flowering cabbage.
