Our dedicated team of consultant cardiologists, specialty nurses and radiology technicians work hand in hand in the Cardiology Centre and the Cardiac Catheterization & Intervention Centre to provide cardiology services. We are playing a leading role in the development of an integrated heart health network and committed to providing a comprehensive range of patient-centered services from prevention to intervention, while enhancing our tradition as a distinguished medical centre of excellence in the region.

Cardiology Centre

• Diagnosis and management of coronary artery disease, arrhythmia, congenital heart disease, congestive heart failure, etc; 
• Global Cardiovascular Risk Assessment (Primary Prevention) – health education and professional advice; 
• Non-invasive tests including Standard Electrocardiogram, Echocardiogram, Exercise Treadmill Stress Test, etc; 
• Expedited arrangement of non-invasive cardiac imaging examinations including Multi-Slice CT Angiogram, MR Heart, Myocardial Perfusion Scintigraphy Imaging and PET Scan, etc.
  

Cardiac Catheterization & Intervention Centre (CCIC)

• Diagnosis and management of cardiovascular disease, heart rhythm problem, heart valve disease and congenital heart disease;

  The first Flat-Panel All-Digital Angiography System in Hong Kong:
  With flat-panel detector technology, it produces exquisite images of the cardiovascular system to help cardiologists in making more accurate diagnosis, choosing the appropriate hardware and conquering the more complex coronary lesions.
  
  Galaxy-2 Intravascular Ultrasound System :
  This system helps to characterize atherosclerotic plaque morphology and optimize coronary stent implantation.
  
  Radiofrequency Ablation and Electrophysiology System:
  A new 64-channel system supports the most advanced radiofrequency ablation and electrophysiology procedures with seamless intra-cardiac signal analysis.
