NOTE：
- Room charges DO NOT include other hospital charges such as medicines, injections, investigations, treatment, operating theatres, procedures, meals, doctors’ fees, private nurses’ fees, care attendants employed by patient, etc.
- A half-day charge is made for any stay less than 2 hours and a full-day charge is made for any stay over 2 hours after admission.
- Hospital charges are payable once every 5 days; for Intensive Care Unit, once every 3 days.
- Payment may be made by cash, cheques drawn on a local bank, EPS, China UnionPay or VISA / MASTER / DINERS / AMERICAN EXPRESS card.
- Patients are advised to consult their attending doctor regarding the doctor’s consultation, operating or procedure fees, and anaesthesiologist fees. List of charges on various services are available for reference at the respective departments/wards or the Accounts Office. Charges are subject to change without prior notice.
- Except those medical expenses which are guaranteed by an accepted medical insurance company or local company, all patients must bring a guarantor, provide a next of kin and pay the required deposit upon admission. Patients without a guarantor or a Non-Hong Kong Resident are required to pay a deposit of HK$50,000.
